Meet Hayden. He is Christopher and Nicole's new son. For those who care - Christopher is my nephew on Mark's side of the family. Kali and I went to Georgia a couple weeks ago for the NCFCA Regionals tournament and got to spend an afternoon with the family before the tournament began. Hayden was three days old when I took these photos. I meant to go back after the tournament and take more photos of Hayden and photos of his little baby clothes and decorations. Those of you who follow my blog will recall that it was during this tournament that Mark's father passed away. We didn't get to do those last photos, so I am thrilled that we got these at the beginning of the trip. I expect Hayden will be much bigger when I see him again.

This was my first baby shoot. It was a lot of fun. I had to shoot fast and hope Hayden stayed asleep. Well, he woke up towards the end and I did manage a couple shots with his eyes open :O). Sweet baby! Christopher and Nicole - you did good!

These pictures are just adorable Alice - remind me so much of Amelie when she was newly arrived. It seems an age ago. I love the one where he look like he is having a wee smile to himself in his sleep! People used to try to tell me that it was wind, but I never believed them! He is so precious, and your pictures are just as beautiful as ever x x
