The You Capture photo challenge for this week was expression. Of course, my daughter Kali is the master of expressions (comes natural as an interpretive speech giver), so I thought I'd share some photos I recently took of her in the flower field.
I call this her snarky look :O).
Not sure what to call this one!
They had fun playing with Pam's picture frame :O).
The teenagers present were calling out expressions for Kali to make.
This is my favorite expression of all! Sheer joy!
Lost in thought.
And, tired of taking pictures - lol!

It seems we are both up late posting.....or perhaps you thought ahead and pre-dated yours!! Have a blessed rest of the day, and tommorrow!
Your pictures capture the essence of the ordinary, every-dayness with a bit of whimsical fairy tale thrown in (I'm thinking of the frame!) ~ I enjoy your photos, they give me new ideas for capturing my little fellows.
Oh my goodness...you have a flower field. I have just been staring at it. Can you see this from your house? Your pictures are also lovely portraits, such cool ideas and such great expressions :)
Those are great photos, what a beautiful back drop and model. BTW, how did you end up getting your photos larger in your most recent post? Just curious.
You did a great job capturing so many of your beautiful daughter's expressions. I really enjoyed looking at all the pictures - especially the joyful ones. And I have to say the larger pictures were neat too - lots of detail!
Your daughter is beautiful! You captured some wonderful pictures and I love the frame idea. I think my favourite pictures are the first and 'lost in thought'. The last is funny!
