Isn't she beautiful? This was such a fun shoot. I have been wanting to do pictures with her for some time. Graduation is fast approaching, and the flower field was blossoming and ready, so we went for it - lol! And, I had a great time :).

Faces and Flowers @ i ♥ faces.com
This week's theme at i heart faces is Faces and Flowers. I just happen to have loads of photos that include both :). This particular shot was part of a senior photo shoot for a sweet friend of ours from Kali's work. She is beautiful! and made these pictures look awesome just by being in them! To see other entries, or to enter one of your own, head on over to i ♥ faces.

Adrianna's Flower Visit
Isn't it wonderful fun to have a big sister to sit in the flower field with? Such hard work to pick all those flowers. I simply must taste one or two, but Mom keeps taking them away from me. Maybe I can sneak one while her back is turned :). Please don't tell on me. Yummmm!

Flower Angel
Shooting in the flower field is hard work! You have to pick flowers. You have to play with flowers. You have to sit in flowers, run through flowers, play with bubbles in the flowers. You have to be beautiful in the flowers. You have to smile and obey and look this way and that way, all in the flowers. Isn't it nice that once you've done all that and you're just tuckered out ... you can grab hold of your teddy bear and snuggle up for a little beauty rest?
(And, since all these flowers are yellow - this is also going to be my You Capture post for this week. You can check out other yellow shots here.)

Last Shoot in the Flower Field
This is the third shoot I've done with this family. I love this little girl's expressions and the depth of her emotions. You can just read it all over her little face. I love her pouty-face. I'll probably post more from this session later. It was definitely the last shoot of the year in the flower field.

Sneak Peek From Today
Isn't she gorgeous? We did a senior shots/graduation shoot at the flower field this morning. The flowers are on their last leg, so we really had to work to get the shots we wanted. So far this is one of my favorites. More to follow.

A Flower Field Rerun
Last year, I met Casey at the flower field and took these photos of her beautiful children. I posted several of them here on my blog. During the course of the year, for some reason the internet ate those pictures and they are now just empty boxes buried in my blog. So, I thought I'd repost some of them.
We are planning on doing another shoot with the children in the next few days. I am glad about that. One thing I notice in these pictures is that I have a new camera since we shot these, and secondly - my editing techniques have changed. I think you'll see a huge difference in this year's pictures.
One obvious change is that Casey has a new baby this year :), so there will be four instead of three beautiful children!
So, stay tuned. New shots with Casey's family are upcoming next week!

Springtime in the Park
It's spring and time for this young homeschooler to be graduating!
So, I went with her . . .
. . . and her mom and sister to do a senior photo shoot downtown at our park.
Kali and I met this family during our first year homeschooling - eleven years ago.
They are a very close family :).
We finished on the beach. I have lots and lots of other shots, these are just a few of my favorites! (I especially like the sign that reads, "Alligators may be in area. No swimming allowed!"
Thanks for letting me shoot some senior shots of you and your family! I can't believe how fast you've grown! God has something amazing in store for you. Just follow His will and you'll see!
