Yeah, yeah. I know it's rough, but someone has to live in the south. So, why not us? This is how we spent New Year's Day. Sorry to all my friends up in the snowy north.
This is my nephew. You'll notice the catch was a teeny bit small :). I am sure it got thrown back in. I don't think Sam thought I'd really take the picture - lol.

It was 83 degrees here yesterday!!! I had the air going in the car and was close to sweating (divas don't like to sweat)! Fort Worth (aka Cowtown) is about 3 hours from Austin. Are you in Texas too?
Oh looks so warm - it has been freezing here all week, but no snow.
I agree completely. I complained a little about not having cooler weather right around the holidays but all things considered, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the world!
Good ol' Florida! These are pretty and make me want to go to the beach.
I live right by the ocean too--isn't it glorious??!!!
Beautiful pictures!

Great Pictures. Love our warm weather. Since I have been sick for the past couple weeks it was so nice today to just sit out on the back porch and bask in the warmth. Makes up for all the other things we have to put up with. (creepy crawlers)
Hi Alice,
Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comments. Don't be decieved by that "sweet" little puppy face...he's incredibly spoiled! He thinks what's his is his and what's mine is his too! He was a rescue, so he deserves a good life..just NOT my starbucks..lol! I enjoyed looking through your blog. The photography is awesome! Here's hoping you have a wonderful New Year too!
How awful for you to have to spend Christmas at the beach. LOL
Love these pictures! Enjoy that coast!!! (the lake my mom lives on has a flock of pelicans that come in, we just sit in amazement and drool over them!! Great big birds:)
