The challenge this week was "Spring." Head on over to You Capture, either through this link or by clicking the 'You Capture' box in my sidebar, and see what the others have posted this week showcasing the arrival of spring. Even better, get out your camera and join us!
For the first part of the week, Kali and I were in Atlanta where she participated in the Georgia NCFCA Speech and Debate tournament. It rained the entire 4 days we were there. Between debate rounds, I stood out in the rain to get the above shot. We headed home on Monday and I got the remaining shots in our backyard. The azaleas are in full bloom and looking beautiful. Doesn't do much for my asthma, though - lol!

Capturing Spring
What spring would be complete without new kittens? This one still needs a home, if anyone is interested :O). What a little sport!
The You Capture challenge next week is "fun". Get your camera, head out the door, and get some awesome shots doing something fun! I have no idea what I'll do for that one. Seems all we do lately is speech and debate. Doubt many of you would consider that fun - lol! I'll work on it. In the meantime, check out You Capture and see what everyone else posted.

I love praise and worship music and you will never know how that music blessed me last night. I haven't been to church in a while and really needed an uplifting. I had church at my desk while listening and it blessed me so much. Thanks!
Hi Alice, I just adore that first picture, with the raindrops on the branch buds, you can almost taste the thaw in the air! Have a blessed weekend! Fiona x

Your photos are incredibly beautiful! What a talent you have for capturing beauty!! As for the kitty - we LOVE kitties here, especially my 2 year old daughter. We would absolutely take that precious dolly of a cat if we lived closer to one another!! Our current kitty is getting on in years and is having a hard time keeping up with the kids. :)
